1 PRECONDITION
The supply and sale of clothing and accessories on the  website are governed by the following General
Conditions of Sale.
These General Conditions of Sales are an integral and essential part of sales contract concluded with
Customer.  Any   order sent via the  web by customer implies the full knowledge of  these General
Condition of Sales as well as their full acceptance.

2. SALES PRICES
All the prices indicated on the website are  no inclusive of  VAT (IVA ) and  the cost of shipment and
Transport  will not be displayed  yet. But it will be calculated at the time of shipment.
When the  customer places and order he/she will  receive by e-mail  from Artemondo New Srl containing
the order confirmation.
3. ORDERS
Artemondo New Srl reserves the right to accept or refuse orders from customers  by 2 (two) working days
(If styles are available) on sending  e-mail containing Order Confirmation that will displays the cost of items
Without Vat and without cost of transport.
Minimum Value of order Euro 250,00  cost of the goods, excluding VAT

4. PAYMENT METHODS
To pay the price  of the goods and the relative shipping an d delivery charges the customer may use one of the following
Methods of payment:

1. Upon goods collection by cash to courier (First order  from Euro 250,00 to Euro 2.999,99)
2. Upon  goods collection by banker’s draft  non negotiable in favour of Artemondo New Srl to hand over  to courier
3. Advance Bank Transfer (First  order)
4. Upon collection of goods by  Bank Cheque non negotiable in favour of Artemondo New srl   to hand over to courier

(no for new  customers, no first order)
Before the shipment we’ll advise the customer  by call and we’ll give the final total amount of order
To be pay Including Vat and cost of transport
At the same moment we may confirm and agree with customers suitable methods of payment.
5 Cost of transport
Cost of transport will be charged to the customer and will be calculate on the basis of weight and
Cartons numbers.

6 FULFILMENT OF THE ORDER
We ‘ll be care deal with order as soon as possible as per customer’s request.
Usually by 2 (two) working days on when  items are available.

7  RETURN
You can return any item only once this returned item is approved  from ARTEMONDO NEW SRL
That return may be requested due to defective item, wrong goods and/ or wrong quantity
You can return an item getting a substitution with same item or other item of the current collection
You can return an item within 7 days  from delivery.
7 RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER
